秋は日が暮れるのも早いが、太陽が昇るのもゆっくりだ。谷間に作られた集落は山の頂きに囲まれて、なかなか陽が上がってこない。人類は太陽を待ちきれなくて火をつけた。鍋に野菜と豚肉と味噌と水をいれて煮ると豚汁が出来上がった。身体の中から温まる。8回目のEVOMは寒かったけれど、寒い日に食べる豚汁は格別の味だ。次回はこたつを作ろうかな。
