参加条件：電気で動く乗り物
1輪、2輪、3輪、4輪、6輪、8輪、タイヤがついていれば何でもOK。
1足、2足、4足、6足、8足、むしろタイヤがついていなくでもOK。
募集台数：素数台 or フィボナッチ数台

もし天気が良ければ集会の後に富士スバルラインを登ってみるのもいいかもしれない。ちなみにスバルラインでは7月11日からマイカー規制が始まるが、電気自動車や燃料電池車は規制が解除される予定だ。

If the weather is nice, it may be good to climb the Fuji Subaru line after the rally. At the Subaru line, regulations for cars will start from July 11, but electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles will be released from regulation.
